FABx
This space and power saving technology is a preferred alternative to conventional wastewater treatment plants that are large-sized, power intensive and require a lot of monitoring. FAB is an effective option as conventional systems have become/are unviable due to scarcity of open space, extensive piping work , high power and land cost for sewage water treatment.

BioCask
OVN introduces BioCask which is a state-of-the-art technology for domestic wastewater treatment (Sewage Treatment Plant) by Thermax. The innovative design of BioCask has overcome the limitations of a conventional wastewater treatment system. BioCask uses a first-of-its-kind unidirectional fluidisation pattern. This pattern uses oxygen efficiently which is required for degradation of organic impurities.

Sequential Batch Reactor Technology (SeqtreaT) is one of the most advanced technologies introduced by OVN and developed by Thermax for domestic wastewater treatment (STP Plant). SeqtreaT achieves anoxic phase, equalisation, aeration and clarification in timed sequence batch mode – all in a single reactor basin. Also, the cycle time for treatment of batches can be optimised to suit variations in organic loads.

Membrane Bioreactor Technology
OVN introduces Membrane Bio-Reactor (MBR) which is the latest advancement in the field of wastewater treatment. Use of membranes to treat and recycle sewage, gives the best quality of treated water. Today, Thermax provides solutions in both submerged type as well as side stream type membranes. These solutions are best – in – class and cost effective.
